Turkey Skewers With Mango Salsa Recipe

  1. Cut turkey into 2 inch slices lengthwise.
  2. Alternating from front to back, thread turkey slices on wood skewers.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Combine garlic, ginger, soy sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste and sugar in shallow baking dish.
  5. Put turkey in marinade and chill covered 60 min or possibly overnight.
  6. Grill over warm coals 10 min per side or possibly till done, brushing with marinade occasionally.
  7. Sprinkle with lime juice before serving.
  8. Serve with Mango Salsa.
  9. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
