Guacamole with Watercress

• 4 avocados, peeled and mashed
• 1 cup chopped watercress
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 4 tablespoons onions, chopped finely
• 1 dash Tabasco sauce (use as much heat as you enjoy but remember the cress is hot too)

1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Cover& Chill.
3. Serve with fresh hot strips of corn tortilla or corn chips.
