Abalone Casserole Recipe

  1. Tenderize abalone slices, dip in beaten Large eggs, then into bread crumbs.
  2. Fry abalone as usual.
  3. After frying place layer of abalone in a buttered casserole dish.
  4. Then layer of minced green onion, a layer of chili pepper and a layer of cheese.
  5. Repeat till dish is full.
  6. Top with bread crumbs and dot with butter.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 min.
  8. I use leftover abalone it saves alot of steps and a good use for the leftovers.
  9. Just layer as above.
