Homemade Horseradish and Creamy Sauce

  1. Combine all ingredients in a processor or blender; process until pureed.
  2. Carefully remove cover, keeping face away from container.
  3. Cover and store in the fridge.
  4. Use as a condiment.
  5. Creamy Horseradish Sauce: In a mixing bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form.
  6. Add mayonnaise and salt; blend thoroughly.
  7. Fold in horseradish.
  8. Chill until ready to serve.
  9. Use as a condiment with meats.
