Gulf Coast Garlic /Butter /Wine Fish

  1. Melt butter in skillet with oil.
  2. Add garlic, cook maybe 2 min on medium heat.
  3. Add the fillets, don't crowd them.
  4. Depending on your skillet and fillet size, I usually only do 2 at a time.
  5. Sprinkle seasonings on one side and add herbs to the butter.
  6. Add wine and lemon juice now.
  7. Cook maybe 5 minute.
  8. Now flip over and sprinkle other side with seasonings.
  9. cook 5 more minute or till flakes with a fork easily.
  10. Repeat with other fillets.
  11. Add more butter and wine if sauce looks like it is disappearing.
  12. Enjoy!

fish, butter, olive oil, garlic, white wine, lemon, lemon pepper, salt, your favorite mix herbs
