Peg's Potato Soup Recipe

  1. Combine potatoes, celery, onions, carrots, and bouillon cubes in 1 1/2 c. water.
  2. Cook till tender.
  3. Add in one c. lowfat milk when done.
  4. In a bowl, combine chip dip, flour, and 1 c. lowfat milk.
  5. Pour about 1/3 of warm potato mix into chip mix and stir.
  6. Return to pan to heat, but do not boil.
