Shrimp Fradiavolo

  1. Peel shrimp, leaving tail on& cut halfway lengthwise to butterfly them.
  2. Heat oil in a medium sized frying pan; add shrimp& brown lightly.
  3. Throw out oil and flambe shrimp with garlic& brandy.
  4. Add remaining ingredients& cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Place shrimp on a serving platter; continue cooking sauce for another 2 minutes to reduce.
  6. Pour over shrimp& serve immediately.
