Peanut Chocolate Covered Marshmallows

  1. Chop up peanuts and place in a bowl.
  2. Put to the side.
  3. Put chocolate frosting in a small sauce pan place over low heat.
  4. Heat only until creamy.
  5. Do not bring to boil.
  6. Place toothpicks in marshmallows and submerge in warmed frosting.
  7. Shake off excess.
  8. Dip chocolate covered marshmallow bottoms in the chopped peanuts.
  9. Place on wax paper to cool and harden.
