Yokohama Sanma-men Using Store-Bought Ramen
- 1 serving Fresh ramen noodles (soy sauce soup packet)
- 150 grams Veggies (whatever's left in the fridge)
- 2 slice Thinly sliced pork belly
- 1 tsp Chinese soup stock
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Salt and pepper
- Cut the veggies and pork into easy-to-eat portions, and stir fry in vegetable oil.
- Add 150 ml hot water and , bring to a boil, and thicken well with water-dissolved katakuriko.
- Prep the ramen (it's good to dilute the soup packet).
- Place into a bowl, and top with Step 1.
- Top with white pepper as you like and enjoy.
