Yokohama Sanma-men Using Store-Bought Ramen

  1. Cut the veggies and pork into easy-to-eat portions, and stir fry in vegetable oil.
  2. Add 150 ml hot water and , bring to a boil, and thicken well with water-dissolved katakuriko.
  3. Prep the ramen (it's good to dilute the soup packet).
  4. Place into a bowl, and top with Step 1.
  5. Top with white pepper as you like and enjoy.
