Crock Pot Beef Roast with Onions and Mushrooms
- 2 Tablespoons Steak Seasoning
- 1 whole (2 To 3 Lb. Size) Beef Roast
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Worcesterchire Sauce
- 1 whole Onion, Cut Into 8 Chunks
- 1/2 cups Red Wine
- 8 whole Button Mushrooms, Quartered
- 1 can (10.5 Oz. Size) Cream Of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can (14 Oz. Size) Beef Broth
- 1.
- Rub the steak seasoning on both sides of the roast.
- Sear both sides for 2-3 minutes in a hot skillet coated with olive oil.
- Pour Worcestershire sauce over top while it sears.
- 2.
- Move roast to crock pot.
- Place onions in the same hot skillet.
- Pour wine over onions.
- Add mushrooms.
- Cook until all the bits are off the bottom of the pan.

- Pour onions, mushrooms and wine over beef roast.
- Cover with cream of mushroom soup and beef broth.
- 4.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
