Brazilian Mocha Float
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 cup very strong coffee, hot
- 3 cups milk
- 1 quart coffee ice cream
- Combine chocolate, sugar and coffee.
- Stir over low heat until all is blended.
- Scald milk and add to the coffee mix.
- Cook over hot water for about 10 minutes.
- Whip until frothy; chill.
- Pour into tall chilled glasses and top with a scoop of ice cream.
