Alaska Crab Wrap Sandwich Recipe
- 1 lb Alaska crab meat out of shell thawed
- (King, Snow or possibly Dungeness crab)
- 4 x flour tortillas - (12" to 14") warmed
- (whole wheat tortillas, if possible)
- 4 ounce Brie cheese ripe, diced
- 4 c. mixed baby lettuces
- 1 c. diced tomato
- 4 slc bacon cooked
- 1/2 c. low fat mayonnaise
- 11/2 tsp minced fresh dill
- Mix the dill and mayonnaise together in a bowl.
- Place Alaska crab meat and brie in a saute/fry pan; hot over medium heat till crab is hot and cheese starts to heat.
- Lay out the hot tortillas and spread 1 oz of the dill mayonnaise mix over each.
- Top with 1/4 of the crab and brie mix, 1 c. of the mixed lettuces, 1/4 c. diced tomato and 1 slice of bacon, lightly minced.
- Mix in the ends and roll up like a cigar.
- Cut in 1/2 on the bias and serve.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
