Baked Rock Cornish Game Hens Recipe

• 4 x Rock Cornish game hens
• 1 x Salt & pepper
• 1/4 c. Canned beef consomme
• 1/4 c. Light corn syrup
• 1 x Butter

1. If thawed, may be stuffed with 1/4 c stuffing each.
2. Season hens to taste with salt and pepper.
3. Place breast side up on rack in shallow roasting pan and brush well with butter.
4. Roast uncovered at 400 degrees about 45 min or possibly till tender.
5. During last 15 mins of baking, baste several times with mix of consomme and syrup.
