Quick and Creamy Fruit Salad
- 2 Granny Smith apples, cored and cut into 1/2-inch chunks
- 1 medium honeydew melon, cut into 1/2-inch chunks (about 2 cups)
- 1 20 -ounce can pineapple rings in syrup, drained and cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup cream of coconut
- Pinch of salt
- Put the apples, melon, pineapple, dried cherries, yogurt, cream of coconut and salt in a large bowl and stir.
