Lemon or orange brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Spray 9x13" pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Mix flour and salt in a small bowl.
  4. In large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  5. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until just combined.
  6. Add lemon or orange extract and zest.
  7. Slowly add flour, beating until just combined.
  8. Spread batter in prepared pan and bake 30 minutes, or until golden and slightly pulling away from sides of pan.
  9. When done, cool in wire rack for 1 hour.
  10. Pierce brownie all over with a fork.
  11. Mix together glaze ingredients and pour over brownie.
  12. Sore in fridge.
