Cream of Potato Soup

  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
  2. Add the onions and carrots.
  3. After approximately 5 minutes add the potatoes.
  4. Continue boiling until the potatoes begin to soften.
  5. Add the celery and peas; boil until all vegetables are soft.
  6. Drain off excess water.
  7. Add those cooked ingredients to the white sauce and add bacon and spices.
  8. Heat through and serve.
