Quick Pork Cassoulet

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chops; cook 2 min.
  3. on each side or until browned on both sides.
  4. Move to one side of skillet.
  5. Add kielbasa, carrots, onions and garlic; cook 2 min., stirring occasionally.
  6. Add broth, bay leaf and thyme; stir.
  7. Cover skillet with lid.
  8. Bring mixture to boil.
  9. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 25 min.
  10. or until chops are cooked through.
  11. Stir in beans.
  12. Mix flour and water.
  13. Add to ingredients in skillet; mix well.
  14. Cook 5 min.
  15. or until thickened, stirring frequently.
  16. Remove and discard bay leaf before serving.
