Colorful Meringue Cake Flosting
- 2 Egg whites
- 100 grams Confectioner sugar
- 1 ml Food coloring
- 1 grams Salt
- 1 Baked Cake
- Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until become soft peaks.
- Slowly add the sugar to the meringue mixture while beating.
- Beat until get white meringue and add food coloring.
- Pour meringue into plastic bags.
- Cut the bottom out.
- Pipe meringue on top of cakes and bake for 5-10 minutes in 160F c. You will get a beautiful meringue.
- Let the cake rest before eating.
