Red, White & Moo Kebobs

  1. Slice peppers and onions lengthwise and into 1-1.5 sections.
  2. Alternate pepper, onion and beef on skewers.
  3. Mix the remaining ingredients and marinate skewers for several hours, turning at least once.
  4. Grill on medium for 3-4 minutes, then turn and grill another 3-4 minutes.
