Red, White & Moo Kebobs
- 2 whole Medium Red Peppers
- 2 whole Medum Onions
- 1- 1/2 pound Stew Beef Or Other Beef, Cubed
- 1 cup Italian Salad Dressing
- 2 Tablespoons Mustard
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- Slice peppers and onions lengthwise and into 1-1.5 sections.
- Alternate pepper, onion and beef on skewers.
- Mix the remaining ingredients and marinate skewers for several hours, turning at least once.
- Grill on medium for 3-4 minutes, then turn and grill another 3-4 minutes.
