Prosciutto, Mango and Pecorino Salad
- 100g prosciutto
- 100g mixed lettuce leaves
- 2 mangos or 3 peaches, cut into slices Whole Foods 2 ea For $4.00 thru 02/09
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 50 g shaved Pecorino cheese Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Italian Dressing
- Lay the prosciutto onto a lined baking tray and bake at 200 degrees C for 8 minutes until crispy.
- Break into pieces.
- Arrange lettuce, mango, onion, Pecorino and prosciutto onto a serving platter.
- Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately.
