Prosciutto, Mango and Pecorino Salad

  1. Lay the prosciutto onto a lined baking tray and bake at 200 degrees C for 8 minutes until crispy.
  2. Break into pieces.
  3. Arrange lettuce, mango, onion, Pecorino and prosciutto onto a serving platter.
  4. Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately.
