Fresh Fruit Parfaits
- 1-1/2 qt. strawberries, sliced
- 1-1/2 qt. bananas, sliced
- 1-1/2 qt. plain or vanilla nonfat yogurt
- 1 qt. OREO Pieces-Medium
- 1-1/2 cups BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut, toasted
- Layer 1/4 cup (#16 scoop) each of the strawberries, banana and yogurt in each of 24 (10-oz.)
- parfait glasses or dessert cups (or 1 parfait glass or dessert cup for trial recipe).
- Sprinkle each with 3 Tbsp.
- of the OREO Pieces and 1 Tbsp.
- of the coconut; cover.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
