Easy and Juicy Fried Chicken with Mentsuyu

  1. Put chicken cut in bite size and ingredients in a plastic bag.
  2. Then rub over the bag.
  3. Press the air out of the bag and ti.
  4. Leave it in refrigerator for more than 4 hours (preferably overnight).
  5. Add the egg and rub again over the bag.
  6. Leave it in refrigerator for 30 minutes (you can skip this if you're in a rush).
  7. Add flour and rub well.
  8. Deep fry at 180C.
  9. When it's crispy, it's done.
  10. This is the mentsuyu I use.
  11. If you marinate the chicken in the morning, all you need is to fry them at night.
  12. It will marinate well if you leave it overnight.
