Turkey Rice Soup
- 1 gal. chicken broth
- 2 qt. Canned diced tomatoes, undrained
- - frozen vegetable blend, thawed
- 2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves
- LOUIS RICH Turkey Bulk Oven Roasted Skinless, chopped
- 1 qt. cooked MINUTE Rice
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- Mix broth, tomatoes, vegetables and rosemary in large stockpot.
- Bring to boil.
- Stir in turkey; simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add rice and pepper; cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
