Mom's Cherry Dumplings

  1. Heat cherry juice, 3/4 sugar, cornstach and cinnamon.
  2. Stir until clear and thick.
  3. Add cherries and lemon juice, heat to boiling.
  4. Pour into a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  5. Mix Bisquick, 3 tblsp.
  6. sugar, and milk.
  7. Drop heaping tablespoonfuls onto top of cherries.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown, approximately 20 minutes.
