Granola Bars
- 1 cup granola cereal
- 1 cup coconut, shredded
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup flour
- 34 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 12 cup artificial sweetener
- 12 cup raisins
- flax egg substitute or psyllium egg substitute (to equal 1 egg)
- 12 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, stir together the granola, coconut, oat flakes, flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in the sweetener, raisins, egg replacer, and oil.
- Mix together well.
- Spread mixture into a 8x8 pan.
- Sprinkle top evenly with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes.
