Greek-Marinated Chicken Breasts

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl until blended.
  3. Reserve 1/4 cup; refrigerate until ready to use.
  4. Add chicken to remaining yogurt mixture; turn to evenly coat both sides of each breast.
  5. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
  6. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
  7. Place chicken on foil-covered baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  8. Bake 20 min.
  9. or until chicken is done (165 degrees F), brushing with reserved yogurt mixture for the last 5 min.
