Peach Baked Apples
- 6 medium baking apples
- 14 cup peach preserves
- 14 teaspoon cinnamon
- 14 cup apple cider
- 34 cup crumbled oatmeal cookie, soft batch
- Core apples and cut in halves.
- Put apples in a 9x13 pan, cut side up.
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Combine the preserves, cinnamon & cider.
- Drizzle over the cut sides of apples and tightly cover with foil.
- Bake for 35 min.
- 's or until apples are tender.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle apples with crumbled cookies and spoon preserve mix on top.
- Put back in oven, uncovered, for about 5 min's.
- Serve warm, with or without a side of ice cream!
