Chicken Fried Hamburgers
- 3 cups Flour
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Paprika
- 1/4 cups Cabela's Open Season Whiskey Steak Seasoning
- 3 whole Brown Eggs
- 1/2 cups Whole Milk
- 2 pounds Ground Sirloin
- Canola Cooking Oil, For Frying The Burgers
- 1 package Oroweat Sandwich Thins (a Package Of 6)
- 6 slices Swiss Cheese
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 1/4 cups Dijon Mustard
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1.
- Mix together flour, pepper, paprika and whiskey steak seasoning in a medium-sized bowl.
- (You can get the Whiskey Steak Seasoning from Cabelas Outdoor store.
- If you dont have one close by, then you can order it online or from their catalog.)
- Set aside.

- Mix together milk and eggs in a medium-sized bowl.
- Beat with a whisk until frothy.
- 3.
- Shape sirloin into 6 medium-sized patties.
- 4.
- Pour enough oil into a large skillet to cover the pan about 1/4 inches deep.
- Heat oil up to 350 degrees.
- 5.
- Set your bowl of egg mixture and your bowl of flour mixture side-by-side.
- 6.
- Dip the burgers into the egg mixture.
- Then dip into the flour mixture, coating both sides.
- 7.
- Now do it all over again... Dip the burgers back into the egg mixture.
- Then the flour mixture.
- This gives them a double coating that sticks to the meat, and the breading wont fall off during frying.

- Put the battered hamburgers into the hot skillet.
- 9.
- Fry the burgers on each side for about 5 minutes or until browned.
- Continue to flip the burgers until theyre cooked on the inside.
- 10.
- While your burgers are cooking, get a large plate and put 6 or 7 paper towels on the top and set by the skillet.
- Once cooked, put the chicken fried burgers on the paper towel-covered plate to drain.

- Put your sandwich thins on a plate.

- Mix up your French Fry Sauce and spread a thick layer on each half of the bun.
- To make the sauce, mix the ketchup, mustard and sour cream together in a bowl and stir until creamy.

- Then stack on your piece of cheese and then your hamburger patty.
- Throw on the top bun, put on a plate and enjoy!
