Black Raspberry Flan Recipe

  1. Combine lowfat milk, 1/4 c. sugar, Large eggs, vanilla, salt and flour in a blender and mix thoroughly at high speed for 1 minute.
  2. Pour a thin layer of batter into a lightly buttered flan dish or possibly deep dish pie plate.
  3. Cook over moderate heat till it sets.
  4. Remove dish from heat and spread with raspberries.
  5. Sprinkle remaining sugar over berries.
  6. Pour remaining batter over fruit.
  7. Bake in 350 degree oven 50-60 min till browned.
  8. Serve hot!
  9. Note: Flanis a custard pie which should be eaten almost immediately.
  10. Chill
