Epic Enoki Mushroom Beef Roll

  1. Roll up Enoki Mushrooms in Ribeye Beef Slices (a couple clusters of Enoki should do).
  2. Season rolls with Salt and Pepper and set aside for cooking.
  3. In a sauce pan, boil the Soy Sauce, Water, Honey and Sugar until thin liquid consistency is achieved.
  4. In a frying pan, add a couple of your prepared beef rolls (folded end facing downward to seal roll shut properly), until browned and cooked through.
  5. Add your sauce to the rolls while almost cooked (depending on how juicy or flavored you'd like your rolls, simply add your desired amount of sauce).
  6. You may finish off your rolls by dashing Fresh Sesame Seeds to the top for added flavor and texture.
  7. Serves well as a quick appetizer.
