Epic Enoki Mushroom Beef Roll
- 1/4 cup Light Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 cup Water
- 1 lb Ribeye Beef Slices
- 1 packages Enoki Mushrooms
- Roll up Enoki Mushrooms in Ribeye Beef Slices (a couple clusters of Enoki should do).
- Season rolls with Salt and Pepper and set aside for cooking.
- In a sauce pan, boil the Soy Sauce, Water, Honey and Sugar until thin liquid consistency is achieved.
- In a frying pan, add a couple of your prepared beef rolls (folded end facing downward to seal roll shut properly), until browned and cooked through.
- Add your sauce to the rolls while almost cooked (depending on how juicy or flavored you'd like your rolls, simply add your desired amount of sauce).
- You may finish off your rolls by dashing Fresh Sesame Seeds to the top for added flavor and texture.
- Serves well as a quick appetizer.
