The Burger

  1. Put meat in a bowl.
  2. Add slightly beaten egg.
  3. Add remainder of ingredients- except Blue Cheese.
  4. Mix all ingredients.
  5. For each burger you need two patties.
  6. (TIP: in your bowl, divide your meat into 4-6 portions- depending on how big you want your burger.
  7. We made 4 big and 1 smaller burger).
  8. Put one patty on plate, add blue cheese, then put a second patty on top, sealing the edges- that's one burger.
  9. Assemble remaining burgers.
  10. Grill to preference.
