The Burger
- 1 12 lbs of 85% ground chuck
- 1 large egg, slightly beaten
- 1 12 teaspoons mrs. dash steak seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 14 cup chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 12 cup cold water
- 1 -2 tablespoon per burger crumbled blue cheese (optional- any cheese to your liking will do just fine)
- Put meat in a bowl.
- Add slightly beaten egg.
- Add remainder of ingredients- except Blue Cheese.
- Mix all ingredients.
- For each burger you need two patties.
- (TIP: in your bowl, divide your meat into 4-6 portions- depending on how big you want your burger.
- We made 4 big and 1 smaller burger).
- Put one patty on plate, add blue cheese, then put a second patty on top, sealing the edges- that's one burger.
- Assemble remaining burgers.
- Grill to preference.
