Mulled Tea
- 5 teaspoons loose english breakfast tea leaves
- 4 whole cloves
- 6 whole allspice
- 4 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon grated orange rind
- 12 teaspoon grated fresh lemon rind
- fine mesh cheesecloth
- string
- Place all ingredients above into the cloth, tie edges together into a bag with string.
- Place in small sauce pan and add 2 1/2 boiling water.
- Steep 2-3 minutes.
- Serve with honey.
