Cinnamon Raisin Bites
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 14 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 cup nonfat milk
- 14 cup canola oil
- 14 cup honey
- 13 cup raisins
- In a large bowl, combine the four, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In a small bowl, combine the milk, oil, and honey; add to the dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
- Stir in raisins.
- Drop by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Remove to wire racks.
