Cinnamon Raisin Bites

  1. In a large bowl, combine the four, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the milk, oil, and honey; add to the dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
  3. Stir in raisins.
  4. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray.
  5. Bake at 425 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
  6. Remove to wire racks.
