Cream Cheese Swirl Banana Bread

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Beat butter and 1 cup sugar in large bowl with mixer until blended.
  3. Add bananas, sour cream and 2 eggs; mix well.
  4. Add combined dry ingredients; mix just until moistened.
  5. Stir in nuts.
  6. Spoon half of batter into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  7. Beat cream cheese with mixer until creamy.
  8. Add remaining sugar and egg; mix well.
  9. Drop half of cream cheese mixture by tablespoonfuls over batter; repeat layers.
  10. Swirl with knife.
  11. Bake 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  12. Cool 5 min.
  13. ; remove from pan to wire rack.
  14. Cool completely before slicing.
