For Dieters Easy Okara Scones
- 100 grams Fresh okara
- 200 grams Pancake mix
- 1 Egg
- Prepare the fresh okara and pancake mix at a ratio of 1:2.
- Put them into a plastic bag with the egg.
- Mix and massage the dough over the bag until it comes together.
- You can also add mixed nuts, black sesame seeds, or mixed cheese if you'd like.
- Stretch and flatten the dough, fold in half, and stretch again.
- (This makes layers in the dough, so that the scones will be even fluffier when baked!)
- Stretch the dough out to a thickness of 1 cm, and cut with a knife.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes in a toaster oven.
