Tuscan Brown & Wild Rice Salad

  1. Bring water and rice to boil in medium saucepan, stirring occasionally; cover.
  2. Simmer on medium-low heat 45 to 55 min.
  3. or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
  4. (Do not remove lid or stir during cook time.)
  5. Remove from heat; fluff with fork.
  6. Cool.
  7. Spoon rice into large bowl.
  8. Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
