Pesto-Tossed Cauliflower

• 4 cups cauliflower florets
• 12 cup water
• 2 12 tablespoons commercial pesto sauce
• 14 teaspoon salt
• 14 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

1. Place cauliflower in a microwave-safe bowl; pour water over cauliflower.
2. Cover with plastic wrap; vent.
3. Microwave at HIGH 6 minutes or until done.
4. Drain cauliflower, and return to dish.
5. Add pesto, salt, and pepper; toss well.
6. Cover; microwave at HIGH 1 minute or until hot.
