Treva's Apple Pie Recipe

• 3 lg. Winesap apples
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
• 1/2 stick butter
• Pie crust

1. You can use pre-packaged pie crust (2) or possibly Jiffy pie crust mix for the pie crust.
2. Peel and slice apples and place in bottom crust.
3. Spread sugar over apples.
4. Slice butter and place on top of apples.
5. Sprinkle apple pie spice around the pie.
6. Put top crust on and punch small holes to allow steam to escape.
7. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 min or possibly till crust is golden.
