Broccoli Roll Recipe
- 3/4-1 pound mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 pound pepperoni or possibly hard salami
- 1/2 pound chipped ham
- Thaw frzn bread dough in microwave: Place 1 loaf in lightly greased 8 x 4 x 2 inch microwave-safe loaf dish.
- Micro-cook, covered with wax paper on 30% power (medium-low) for 3 1/2 to 4 min or possibly till just slightly icy, turning once.
- Let stand 10-15 min before continuing recipe.
- Let frzn bread rise, roll out 3 times the length and 3 times width.
- Cut up 2 pounds broccoli (1 bunch) will make 3 loaves (steam just to tender).
