Forgot to defrost chicken (pressure cooker) chicken
- 6 frozen boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 family sized can cream of broccoli soup
- 2/3 of can half and half....use soup can
- 1 lb bag frozen broccoli florets
- 6 grinds of freshly ground pepper
- 2 tsp onion salt
- 6 clove chopped garlic
- 1/2 tbsp smoked spanish paprika
- add oil to bottom of pressure cooker.
- add the chicken and all the other ingredients.
- stir
- set pressure cooker to highest pressure setting and then set timer of pressure cooker to 35 minutes
- give cooked chicken a good stir before serving over cooked rice or egg noodles
- ENJOY
- I buy the large packs of chicken and put serving sizes into freezer bags so the chicken is ready right from the freezer.
- This also gets the backing they use to absorb juices off so you don't have to struggle with the frozen package
