Turkey Breast with Stuffing and Gravy

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Place turkey, breast-side up, in greased 13x9-inch pan.
  3. Brush with oil.
  4. Bake 30 min.
  5. Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees F. Bake 45 min.
  6. to 1 hour or until turkey is done (170 degrees F).
  7. Let stand 10 min.
  8. before carving.
  9. Meanwhile, prepare stuffing as directed on package.
  10. Heat gravy in small saucepan; stir in sour cream.
  11. Serve over turkey and stuffing.
