Turkey Breast with Stuffing and Gravy
- 1 fresh or thawed frozen whole turkey breast (5 lb./2.2 kg)
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 2 pkg. (120 g each) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 2 cans (254 mL each) turkey gravy
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Place turkey, breast-side up, in greased 13x9-inch pan.
- Brush with oil.
- Bake 30 min.
- Reduce oven temperature to 325 degrees F. Bake 45 min.
- to 1 hour or until turkey is done (170 degrees F).
- Let stand 10 min.
- before carving.
- Meanwhile, prepare stuffing as directed on package.
- Heat gravy in small saucepan; stir in sour cream.
- Serve over turkey and stuffing.
