Caesar Salad
- 4 leaves Green leaves or lettuce
- 10 Cherry tomatoes
- 1 Baby leaves
- 80 grams Bacon (block)
- 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 Croutons
- 5 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tbsp Krazy Salt
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Milk
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Plain yogurt
- 1/3 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 pinch White pepper
- Tear up the green leaves with your hands.
- Drain the lettuce and crisp it up alongside the baby leaves.
- Cut the bacon block into 5 mm thick strips and stir-fry until crispy.
- Combine all of the ingredients for the dressing and mix well.
- Transfer the greens and baby leaves to a plate.
- Once you have dressed it with the dressing, add the cherry tomatoes and cooked bacon on top.
- Sprinkle some parmesan cheese over the top, toss in some croutons, and the salad is complete.
