Oh! Oh! Oreo Brownies

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Line a 9 or 10-inch square pan with aluminum foil, then lightly oil the foil.
  3. Combine butter and sugar.
  4. Beat until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes).
  5. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each.
  6. Blend in chocolate and vanilla, then flour.
  7. By hand, fold chopped cookies into batter at low speed.
  8. Pour batter into pan, spreading evenly.
  9. Bake until a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 40 to 45 minutes.
  10. Cool on rack, then cut into squares.
