Mint Chocolate chip cupcakes

  1. Mix cake as directed.
  2. Add 1teaspoon if mint extract and a 11/2 chocolate chips
  3. Grease two twelve muffin tins
  4. Pour batter into cupcakes tin and bake on 350 for 30-40 minutes.
  5. In mix powder sugar, remaining mint extract, and milk
  6. Mix add milk until desired consistency.
  7. Now add food coloring.
  8. Decorate and eat.
