Bar B Que Onion Bun Recipe
- Large whole onions
- Creole seasoning
- 1 tbsp. butter
- Peel outer skin of onion.
- Place onion on a piece of foil paper large sufficient to wrap onion.
- Slice onion about 3/4 through about 4 to 6 times, making an opening in the top to insert seasoning and butter to your taste.
- Wrap onion on foil at top of onion and place on grill for an hour to ninety min while bar-b- queing.
- Enjoy.
