Miami University Granola
- 6 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup Grape-nuts cereal
- 34 cup walnuts
- 14 cup sesame seeds
- 14 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 12 teaspoons vanilla
- 14 cup brown sugar
- 12 cup canola oil
- 12 cup honey
- 13 cup water
- 1 12 teaspoons salt
- 1 cup raisins
- Combine all dry ingredients.
- (Oats to seeds).
- Combine wet ingredients and salt.
- (Don't add raisins yet).
- Pour over cereal mixture.
- Mix to coat well.
- Spread on greased baking sheets.
- Bake, stirring frequently for 30 minutes at 300 degrees F. Cool.
- Store in airtight conatiner.
- Add raisins at serving time.
