Blackberry Vinegar Recipe
- 2 c. Blackberries
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 2 c. Good-quality white wine vinegar
- Place berries in a glass jar and sprinkle with sugar.
- Stir one minute to release a bit of juice.
- Pour vinegar over berries, cap jar and let sit on a dark shelf for 3-4 weeks.
- Pour mix through a fine strainer to remove berries and seeds.
- Transfer strained vinegar to decorative bottles, label, tie with ribbons.
