Blackberry Vinegar Recipe

  1. Place berries in a glass jar and sprinkle with sugar.
  2. Stir one minute to release a bit of juice.
  3. Pour vinegar over berries, cap jar and let sit on a dark shelf for 3-4 weeks.
  4. Pour mix through a fine strainer to remove berries and seeds.
  5. Transfer strained vinegar to decorative bottles, label, tie with ribbons.
