Sunday Chicken Dinner
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 whole chicken, cut up
- salt and pepper
- 1 ounce onion soup mix
- 1 (8 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 ounces milk or 8 ounces water
- Grease 9 x 9 inch pan or casserole dish.
- Spread rice evenly over bottom.
- Add cut up chicken over rice.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken.
- Top with mushroom soup and 8 ounces milk or water.
- Bake approximately 2 hours at 325 degrees.
