Braised Sesame Greens

  1. Rince leaves well, removing and discarding thick stems.
  2. Set aside rinsed leaves.
  3. In a skillet over low heat, cook oil and garlic for 1-2 minutes, stirring to prevent sticking.
  4. Add water and heat until steaming.
  5. Add greens and sesame seeds.
  6. Cover and cook over med heat for 7-10 minutes or until tender.
