Grilled Lamb Burgers

  1. Soak bulgar wheat in warm water for 1 hour; drain well.
  2. Combine bulgar with ground lamb, parsley, onion, red wine, garlic, mint, allspice and salt.
  3. Shape into patties and grill over medium coals for 16 to 18 minutes or until done.
  4. Serve with pita bread, lettuce, cucumber and yogurt.
